Automate the Hiring Process in the Public Sector

There has been much hullabaloo about the hiring process in the Jamaican Public Sector and perhaps some of the criticisms are misplaced but it must be stated that perhaps this is the moment for the Public Sector to modernize their hiring process to create greater transparency, provide speedy review of applications and hire the best candidates for vanacies.
